15ml Bacardi Superior
15ml Pink grapefruit Juice
15ml Lime juice
15ml Ginger & citrus syrup
Bacardi 8yo float

Shake all ingredients with cubed ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass

Float dark rum over the back of a spoon onto the surface of the drink
Garnish with a grapefruit twist
