The Yellow Buffalo

A simple but delicious combination of flavours

50ml Kamm & Sons
6 basil leaves
½ Lemon (cut into quarters)
150ml Ginger Beer

Using a ‘muddler’ (end of a rolling pin or pestle) crush the lemon and basil at the bottom of the glass. Fill the glass with ice and top with ginger beer

Garnish with a basil leaf
