50ml Kamm & Sons
5ml Chartreuse Yellow
15ml Honey Syrup*
25ml Lemon Juice
Egg white

Shake all the ingredients hard with cubed ice and strain into a chilled glass

Garnish with a few drops of Angostura bitters
*Made by diluting 3 parts of water to 1 part honey
