Ramos & Sons Fizz

Like drinking clouds

50ml Kamm & Sons
25ml Double cream
25ml Egg white
25ml Lemon juice
20ml Gomme
2 drops Bergamot bitters
Soda water

Shake the first six ingredients hard for a couple of minutes and strain into a highball glass.

Top with soda water and garnish with lemon zest
