50ml Kamm & Sons
10ml Islay whiskey
10ml Manuka Honey syrup*
10ml Ginger syrup
20ml Lemon juice

Shake all the ingredients hard with cubed ice and strain into a chilled glass

Garnish with a lemon twist

* Made by dissolving 1 part honey to 1 part hot water
