Matcha Mojito

Turning the Mojito up to 11

50 Kamm & Sons
1/4 spoon Matcha Green Tea powder
8 mint leaves
20ml lime juice
25ml Manuka honey syrup*
50ml Apple juice

In the bottom of the glass, crush the mint, green tea powder and lime juice together until dissolved. Add the other ingredients plus ice and stir well

Garnish with mint

* Made by dissolving 1 part honey to 1 part hot water
