Deliciously modern Margarita

25ml Kamm & Sons
25ml Reposado tequila
1 Teaspoon orange marmalade
10ml Cocchi Americano
50ml Pink grapefruit juice
15ml Lemon juice
8ml Sugar syrup
1 egg white

Shake all the ingredients hard with cubed ice and strain through a fine sieve into a chilled glass

Garnish with an orange twist
