50ml Kamm & Sons
150ml Grapefruit juice
15ml Apricot syrup
2 drops Bergamot bitters*

Shake all ingredients with cubed ice and strain into small highball glass

Garnish with lemon zest

*Made by infusing freshly peeled bergamot into vodka for 3 weeks.
