Amazing combination of fresh, herbal flavours

One large celery stick
½ Granny smith apple
25ml lemon juice
15ml Sugar syrup
50ml Kamm & Sons
15ml Green Chartreuse

Using a muddler (end of a rolling pin or pestle) crush the apple and celery in a cocktail shaker, add other ingredients (except Chartreuse) and shake with cubed ice. Strain over crushed ice and top with Chartreuse

Garnish with an apple fan
