A cacophony of bitter & sweet

25ml Kamm & Sons
25ml Drambuie
Slice of ginger
100ml grapefruit juice
100ml tonic water

Using a ‘muddler’ (end of a rolling pin or pestle) crush the ginger at the bottom of the glass. Pour in the other ingredients along with ice and top with tonic water

Garnish with a lemon twist
