Ginseng Sling
Rhubarb, ginger & apple. Classic
1 Slice ginger root
35ml Kamm & Sons
50ml Cloudy apple juice
25ml Rhubarb cordial
5ml Lemon juice
Using a ‘muddler’ (end of a rolling pin or pestle) crush the ginger at the bottom of the glass. Pour in the other ingredients along with ice and stir well
Garnish with rhubarb peel
